Pinon Real Estate Office 
Pinon Development renovated this circa 1895 building in historic downtown Salida. The first floor originally housed the First National Bank of Salida while the second floor was the original meeting hall of the Knights of Pythias fraternal organization. The second floor was badly dilapidated and had not had any significant use for over 50 years. This building is eligible for the National Historic Register and Pinon Development used great care not to harm any of the significant architectural details while converting it into a modern and sophisticated office space.
